We currently have ten CNC Turning Centres with a maximum chuck size of 250mm and spindle capacity of 76mm. We also have two Hydrafeed Multifeed short magazine bar feeds with a bar feed capacity of 50mm diameter.

CNC Milling We now have four CNC Vertical Machining Centres. Three with 1200mm x 640mm table size and 760mm x 510mm travel.
Our latest machine shown below, a Doosan NM510 Machining Centre, increases our capacity to 1020mm in the 'X' axis. It also exhibits a high speed ceramic bearing spindle with high pressure through spindle coolant. The machine also incorporates a refrigerated spindle cooling system to maintain a constant spindle temperature for higher accuracy machining.
We have various automated bar turning machines up to 50mm diameter capacity and also our own sawing capacity up to 300mm diameter. Our latest saw, a DoAll C-3028NC (pictured) was installed in late 2008 and is our first numerically controlled band saw. See |
