Arthur A Brown & Co is an established family owned and run production engineering company.

Our main business activity is that of providing a Sub-Contract machining service to our customer base.  We use both the latest CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machine tools together with conventional production techniques.

We have invested heavily in recent years.  This has not only been in the purchase of new machine tools (Doosan NM510 Vertical Machining Centre in 2007, Doall Automatic Saw in 2008, Leadwell T8 Lathe in 2009), but also in the fabric of the building in the shape of a complete new roof for the whole factory in 2005 not to forget our new LDV Dropside Van in 2008.

In the Summer of 2005 the old asbestos roof was removed and replaced with a brand new insulated steel roof - Our production continued below, throughout the whole process!!

Our strengths lie in our versatility and ability to respond quickly and efficiently to the requirements of our customers.

The company is proud of its record of supply of high quality machined components to various industries.  From its founding, the company has worked hard to achieve its current enviable reputation for Quality, Service and Delivery performance.

We use our own 1.5 Tonne capacity flat back truck wherever possible in order to ensure reliability and to maintain complete control of deliveries.
